I Hate Mike McQueary

Ever since the beginning of the Jerry Sandusky revelations, I have been very suspicious of everything regarding Mike McQueary.  Not because he is a ginger, but because he was the person who literally saw Sandusky raping a boy and did as little as humanly possible about it.  I do believe that he saw Sandusky rape a boy in the Penn State shower.  After the accusations started flying, he piped up to claim to everyone that he stopped it before leaving to call his Dad.  I never believed he stopped anything, and we now know that claim to be untrue.  I believe he recoiled out of fear, and he ran away to call his Dad.  His Dad claims that he told Mike to get meet with JoePa to discuss what he had seen.  This is the part I have the most trouble with.  Why not call the police?

The reason, I believe, is that both McQuearys saw an opportunity.  And as yesterday's revelations unfold, I'm even more sure about it than ever.  Yesterday, some Ex-Nittany Lions said that McQueary claimed to be the victim of abuse as a child, so we are to infer that the incident hit very close to home.  I can not think of a more transparent plea for sympathy, but that was the lesser of the two revelations in my opinion.  Those same players also claimed that McQueary told them about gambling on Penn State games as a player.  Former teammates said that his Dad had to bail him out of thousands in gambling debts.

This video is living proof of what a scumbag Mike McQueary truly is.  He changed the play to run up the score in order to cover his 20 point spread during the 3rd game of the season.  Many people said it was the most un-Penn State thing they had ever seen on a football field.  Now we know why.  Someone with this little integrity should never be taken at their word.  As well as his Dad for sanctioning this sort of behavior.  When Mike McQueary called his Dad after the shower incident, I believe they decided to leverage this knowledge for the betterment of his career.  The year following the incident, he was promoted to administrative assistant, and the following year was named assistant coach.  That seems awfully convenient for Mike, doesn't it?  Some might even call that hush money.  And because of McQueary's staggering selfishness, he should be held responsible for at least the 2 more documented victims of Jerry Sandusky after the shower incident.

**HE SHOULD BE THROWN IN JAIL FOR TURNING A BLIND EYE TO CHILD ABUSE**
**HE IS NOT A VICTIM**

UPDATE - I just found out McQueary is suing Penn State for $4 million in a whistle-blower lawsuit for defamation and misrepresentation.  Did you really blow a whistle if you knew if fell on deaf ears?  Maybe McQueary could have avoided blowing this very figurative whistle if he had just done the right thing - give an eyewitness account TO THE POLICE.  But he had designs on JoePa's job, so he couldn't & wouldn't let this get in his way.
